THE CHALLENGE
Today, UKPPSC is a prosperous business selling European phone and data SIM cards to travellers – giving them full non-roaming connectivity as soon as they land in the UK. UKPPSC approached Mash to ensure the wealth of information on its site was deployed effectively. Our audit found this wasn’t the case at all. Many content, structure and technical fixes were needed to bring things up to best practice and increase UKPPSC’s online visibility.
Crucially, selling travel SIM cards is a seasonal business. At the time UKPPSC came to Mash, we only had a few months to ensure the company’s branding and online reputation was in good shape before travellers booked their European summer holidays and started shopping for compatible SIM cards.
