CHALLENGES

Acrow Investments approached us to make their brand more visible in Search for one of their key services: granny flats. Funny name, but serious stuff; granny flats have become a very popular way of investing in recent years with rising demand in the Central Coast. It’s all the benefits of adding a new residence to an existing property for family or rental but without taking up the large amount of space a whole house or apartment would.

As a family business, they had to face increasing local and search competition from other property developers who cottoned onto the new trend, and up their game.

APPROACH

Our SEO team started off by doing extensive competitive and search intent research, using sophisticated SEO tools such as SEMRush, AWR Cloud and Google Analytics to understand the competitive landscape and the target audience.

Once they identified the best keywords to target, a content strategy was formulated. Fresh copy and information was written by our SEO trained copywriters, designed to capture search interest at every stage of the sales funnel.

Acrow Investments is a family-run, Central Coast located business that specialises in the construction of granny flats, duplexes, dual occupancies in the Central Coast.

As Acrow has a local service area, a Local SEO strategy was devised alongside this so that customers in the areas they know best, would see their listings on Google My Business, and come up in organic search.

SEO activities started in June 2019 to date. Looking at the last 6 months: fantastic MoM and YoY organic growth!

In May 2020, Organic traffic to the site went up by 50.90% MoM and also increased by 355.10%YoY

Leads went up both MoM and YoY by respectively +400% and +275%

Ranking in position #2 for highly searched and competitive granny flat building search terms.
